Welcome to DaigouHelper. Please read these terms carefully before using the platform. By registering or using DaigouHelper, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
DaigouHelper is a management platform for cross-border personal shopping businesses, covering products, inventory, orders, procurement, logistics, and customers. We reserve the right to adjust features and pricing within reason; material changes will be communicated in advance.
2. Accounts and responsibility
You are responsible for all activity under your account, including data entered by you and your team and any outbound communications (orders, emails). Keep your credentials safe and notify us immediately if you suspect compromise.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform for any activity that violates applicable laws; you may not attempt to penetrate, scan, or attack our systems; you may not reverse-engineer the platform or resell it to third parties.
4. Trial and billing
New accounts get a 14-day free trial. After trial, choose a paid plan to continue. Refund terms are listed on our pricing page or by contacting support.
5. Data ownership
You own the business data you enter. We host it on your behalf as a service provider. After account closure, data is retained or deleted in line with the Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimer
The platform is provided "as is". We will work to keep it stable and secure but are not liable for losses from outages, data loss, or third-party causes beyond the subscription fees you have paid.
7. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
