DaigouHelper ("we", "us") respects and protects user privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and safeguard information when you use the platform.

We collect information you provide during sign-up and use of the platform — account email, display name, tenant name, and business data you enter (products, inventory, orders, procurement, customers, etc.). The system also logs access metadata such as IP address, user-agent, and timestamps for security auditing.
2. How we use information
Your business data is used solely to deliver platform features to you. We do not use it for advertising and do not sell or rent it to third parties. Aggregated, non-identifying statistics may be used to improve the product.
3. Data storage and security
Data is isolated by tenant — each account's data is separated from others. We use encrypted transport (HTTPS), salted password hashing, and least-privilege backend access. Internet transmission cannot be guaranteed 100% secure; please keep your credentials safe.
4. Third-party services
Some features rely on third-party services (e.g. Anthropic Claude API for receipt parsing, Taobao Open Platform for order sync). We forward only the fields required for those features, and those services are governed by their own privacy policies.
5. Your rights
You can view, edit, export, or delete your data at any time within the platform. To close your account or request a full data export, contact us via the email below — we will process within 30 business days.
